Book Review: Not Today Celeste by Liza Stevens

Celeste is a dog who doesnt understand why her human is acting so different.

Through Celeste’s experience children can learn about depression and how they can help when someone they love is depressed.

Not Today Celeste is intended for children but I think it could even help adults, especially parents,  who are depressed see the experience from others POV. Maybe it could encourage them to get help when they are having a had time summoning the energy to do so.

I found the book very insightful. It’s simple but it conveys a lot of information in it’s simplicity. I intend to buy a print copy myself.

You can buy Not Today Celeste from your favorite bookseller right now.

*I received this book for free in exchange for a fair and honest review.*
